Donovan Hewitt Chartered Architects has provided architectural services for over three hundred domestic extensions throughout Surrey and surrounding areas. Sizes vary with construction costs generally between £50,000 and £800,000. Many of these extensions are small scale but can make a huge difference to the living accommodation. Each is designed to meet the particular client requirements taking into account existing building style, site and surrounding environment. Many projects involve Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings and Green Belt sites.
Services normally include concept and outline design, planning application, detail design and building regulation application but can also include full construction drawings, specification, tendering and contract administration.
